Stronger tumor killing effect
Cryoablation has a long history already, with the treatment of breast cancer reported in the middle of the 19th century. At the end of the 20th century, cryoablation was empowered by ultrasound technology and was approved for the treatment of complex adjacent prostate cancer, thanks to the unique mechanism of preserving the fibrous architecture of organ tissues, piercing tumor cells with ice crystals, forming microthrombosis, initiating apoptosis and stimulating immune effects. Hygea is the first manufacturer which let Chinese doctors take the lead in using the lowest temperature (-196℃) for medical treatment.
